Tia (ティオ, Tio) and Megumi Ooumi (大海 恵, Ōumi Megumi) are two fictional characters in the manga and anime series Konjiki no Gash Bell! and are considered the female protagonists of the series and the first official and main allies of the main protagonists Zatch Bell and Kiyo Takamine. Tia is skilled in Defense Magic but she also has a few offensive spells and healing spells but overall, her magic mostly consist of defensive and supporting magic. Tia placed 5th in the battle overall.

| - A spell similar in appearance to Saifojio, a giant Goddess is summoned holding a sword with it's hands. The spell is powered by Tia's anger, and any bitter or angry past experiences Tia had recently appears in the mirror on the Goddess' chest
as it grows more powerful. When it is at its angriest, Tia sends it flying at her foe. When used at the right time, it is Tia's most powerful offensive spell.
- Tia's main attack spell. Tia crosses arms over her body and throws a crescent-shaped blast of energy.
- Summons a gigantic and powerful shield. It's a conditional spell which works much like Chaajiru Saifodon, but is powered by Tia's determination to protect her friends instead of her anger. According to Megumi, this spell was supposed to appear when Tia's desire to protect was strong enough, but due to the sudden appearance of Momon, Chaajiru Saifodon appeared instead and this spell was left unawakened until much later.
- Similar to "Seoshi", Tia creates a barrier around her enemy that reflects any attacks that hit it back at the enemy inside the dome.
- A bubble-like, transparent dome-shaped force field appears around Tia, blocking all attacks from any direction except underground. It is later revealed that the spell becomes a full sphere when cast in the air .
- A more powerful version of Saisu consisting of a heart in the middle of two large wing blades. Game-only
- Tia's most powerful recovery spell in which she locks appears inside a red sphere at the top of a large Saifojio structure with four swords. The swords circle above and completely heal anyone who is in Tia's thoughts or who she considers a friend. This spell was first seen in Zatch's golden book in Chapter 318, and is cast by Kiyo but executed by Tia.
- Tia controls two enormous Chaajiru Seshirudon shields via using her hands. Tia's strongest defense spell.
- A very strong defense spell, a disk-like, pink, circular shield appears to block attacks.
- A pink sword appears above Tia that can heal the wounds and restore the heart power of anyone who is stabbed with it
