All that is known is that Gin swore holy vengeance on Aizen for what he did to Rangiku and let's face it, Gin would torture to death anyone who stole Rangiku's scarf, let alone a bit of her soul! So that's hardly a measure of what Aizen did to Rangiku. But she did not have a Hogyoku inside her.
