Synopsis
  • Mallo, Keeper of the Cosmic Balance, notices that all Earth-One and Earth-Two heroes have similar powers except for the atom. He believes that this imbalance will threaten the order of the Multiverse. He temporarily switches their powers, giving Al Pratt the ability to shrink in size, while taking on two crooks who have just robbed his home.
  • By projecting visions of the late Larry Lance, Dr. Destiny lures the Black Canary and Superman into a dream-dimension, intending to destroy them both.
