abstract
| - He was a former Army officer who was discharged from the Army. At some point, he later became a guinea pig in a drug trial run by Jarrod Prodeman and Dracul Comescu. After being infected, Palmer eventually escaped and fled to where his ex-wife, Vanessa Palmer where he banged on the windows, demanding to be let it. This forced Vanessa to call the HPD for assistant and when Kelikoa, an officer with the HPD arrived on scene, they discovered that Palmer had a lot of spots and sores all over his body. Kneeling down, Palmer begged them to help him before falling over, dead which prompted the CDC, HPD and eventually Hawaii Five-0 to be called in to investigate. Dr. Max Bergman later revealed that the CDC had incinerated Palmer's body, presumably to prevent an outbreak of smallpox.
