It was also announced that older stories might be reprinted. It was to be the first of series of publications based on Rebellion Intellectual Property. The first issue was to feature covers by Alex Ross and Brian Bolland. In 2012, three years after the propose launch date, the first issue of the IDW Judge Dredd series was released, without any apparent involvement from Dynamite, Ennis, Wagner, Ross or Bolland.
