The Kysa Zerego was the lead ship of the Zerego-class Battleship line and was named in honor of the V'ei'ka Kysa Zerego, the two huge Mass Driver Cannons (MDCs) ran through the center of the ship, MDC Fire Control was located under the bridge, whilst the MDC Loading Bays were located at the aft of the ship, near the engines. The MDCs were said to have been able to destroy any ship in the galaxy at the time of commissioning, however they were only used once, to destroy the N'Akkiarlian battleship Izke 'Agzena-Kzinnakalatrikirza, the MDCs meant that the ship was also classed as a Superweapon. Although they were never used against a planet, it was estimated that the projectile fired by the MDCs was big and traveled fast enough to eradicate an area of about 5000 sq miles.

Upon completion the King gave her to Kysa Zerego to use as her flagship as a gift. Kysa, being blind, never got to see her ship but her loyal captain, Yko Fogrena, described her to Kysa in detail so Kysa could imagine what her ship looked like. The Kysa Zerego was the flagship of her namesake, of the Royal Ingzan 1st Battle Fleet and was one of three main flagships of the Royal Navy of Ingza during the N'Akkiarl-Ingzan War (the other two being the Demoness, flagship of King Ingza XXI and the Ingzan Pride, flagship of High Admiral Oaka Vyega). When she was commissioned in 32,863 BBY she was state of the art and was said to be the strongest ship in the galaxy. During peace-time she flew around the Ingzan Commonwealth on manoeuvres and tours. She commonly took the V'ei'ka, her personal commander, to other planets in the Ingzan Commonwealth on holidays and visits. As flagship of the Ingzan naval forces of the Imperial Navy she also took part in colonial defense. What a beautiful ship!
