David Wasson (aka Dave Wasson) was the producer of The Buzz on Maggie at Disney and created Time Squad at Cartoon Network. Both are animated series. Dave also created a series of shorts for "Oh Yeah!" Cartoons which won him an Emmy award. A new show, called Making Fiends, is due in 2008 in which Dave served as Supervising Director/Producer. Dave is also a director of many animated commercials for ACME Filmworks in Hollywood. In 2016 new animated called Thomas and Gerald (Dave Wasson's new Cartoon Network).

In 2005, Wasson became director and executive producer of the Disney channel original series The Buzz on Maggie, the networks first Flash based series. Next he returned to Nickelodeon where he designed and directed a pilot el Chupacaba!, and then went on to be supervising producer, director, and art director of the Nickelodeon series Making Fiends. In 2007, Wasson designed and directed the Powershare commercial "Escape Average," which won the 2007 Annie Award for Best Animated Commercial.
