The report paints the current political image of the Empire in the wake of the change of Government, gathering the opinions and general census of the population into three simple stances: For the Emperor's ascension, Against the Emperor's ascension, or Undecided, holding no opinion either way. The report then breaks these opinions into three sections: Those of the Noble Houses and their Masters as a collective whole, those of the general population of the various Townships that form the Empire, and those of the Captains and Blades of the numerous Forts and Garrisons.

| - The report paints the current political image of the Empire in the wake of the change of Government, gathering the opinions and general census of the population into three simple stances: For the Emperor's ascension, Against the Emperor's ascension, or Undecided, holding no opinion either way. The report then breaks these opinions into three sections: Those of the Noble Houses and their Masters as a collective whole, those of the general population of the various Townships that form the Empire, and those of the Captains and Blades of the numerous Forts and Garrisons. This initial report can be acquired from any Imperial Office of Census and Excise within any major Township, and is freely available to any who wish to understand the realm's current feels towards His Grace the Emperor Zolor Zahir the First and those who aided him in taking control of the Government in the wake of the current problems and localized animosity that the realm harbored towards the Crown. Updated documents will be provided by the State in a periodic manner. The Imperial Office of Census and Excise wishes to stress that those Townships and Houses listed as "Against" are not exclusively hostile towards the Emperor and the Crown. Nor do the recorded stances reflect the views of the entire population of those polled, but rather the majority vote.
