- A Pulsar is a Neutron star that sends out very regular pulses in most cases of radio waves. The pulsar in the Crab Nebula sends out light pulses as well. The emissions happen from the magnetic poles of the neutron star and reach the Earth once everytime the Neutron star rotates, that's very regular.

- Pulsar is a recurring skill and blue magic. It is used by Jailer of Love in Random Kingdom VX. The Jailer will emit a rapidly-expanding radiance of blue light which engulfs the battlefield and inflicts damage to all targets. It also inflicts a strong (50%) AGI down effect and Stun. Both of these status effects can be resisted with the usual 60%~ infliction rate of normal status effects. The attack function Pulsar seems to be identical to a normal attack, at least no contradictory information is found.

- Pulsars are rotating neutron stars, and like quasars, they are productive in jump points. Their agitated movements rotation cause dramatic space-time distortions, thus generating jump lines. The pulsars therefore produce a lot of points, which are shifting constantly according to laws of quantum indeterminacy. Theoretically a jump point can lead anywhere in the universe but it is totally unpredictable. The points also appear too close to the star's massive gravity well.

- action figure! pulsar was oversized like the original g.i.joes. he was hard plastic and featured a clear front torso. when you pushed a button in his back, his lungs puffed, his heart beat and you could watch "blood" course through his viens. very cool! most of his guts were made of pretty flimsy latex and did not last long unfortunately. he also had an arch villian that featured a psychodelic wheel built into his chest that spun when you pressed the button in his back. i cant remember his name though, sorry.
