Synopsis
  • Following their marriage, the Elongated Man and his wife Sue go on a honeymoon out at sea. However, Ralph is captured. Calling the Flash for help, the fastest man alive dives into the water to look for his friend. The Flash soon finds out what happened to Ralph and many other skin-divers when the same thing happens to him: He is captured by members of an undersea race known as the Bredens, who capture skin divers and prospective slave owners "fish" for humans to be slaves for menial labor. Finding an amnesic Elongated Man, the Flash helps restore his memory and the two heroes work together to smash the Bredens oppression of humans. After the Bredens are defeated, the two force them to promise never to capture skin-divers and exploit them again before returning to the surface with the other captives.
  • When Barry learns of the Mirror Master's latest escape from prison, he deduces that the Master will likely strike an auction of the Duke of Ferrand's priceless mirrors. Going there in his civilian guise, he is shown around by the Duke's daughter Bettina. When Iris sees this, she believes that Barry is making time with another woman and storms out. Meanwhile, the Mirror Master has set up an apartment with rigged mirrors next door to the museum and sets a trap for the Flash, using a special mirror that when shot at knocks an opponent unconscious. With Flash as his prisoner, the Mirror Master uses a special gas to put Flash under his control. Gloating over his victory, he has the Flash perform a number of super feats for him before he finally sends the Flash down to steal the mirrors for him. This proves to be his undoing, as a reflection of light from one of the mirrors reverses the effects of the gas, and the Flash easily defeats his opponent. After, resuming his civilian guise, Barry patches things up with Iris.
