Collinwood has also been informally referred to by the name, Collins House. There were several other homes and buildings located on the grounds of the Collinwood estate. There was the original family mansion, commonly referred to as the Old House. There was a groundskeeper cottage occupied by Matthew Morgan in the 1960s. There was also a large, brightly colored mansion occupied by Ernest Collins in the 1960s.
