| - Der Ein (Original: "Ein") ist ein kosmetischer Gegenstand für den Engineer aus Team Fortress 2. Er erschien mit dem Tresor-Paket und war zuvor in den Steam Workshop eingereicht worden.
- Ein wears an all leather outfit similar to Kenshiro's. His outfit is decorated with elements of the American flag, with that in mind it would be safe to assume that he is in fact an American. He also wears a pair of gloves with metal studs on each knuckle. Ein's appearance differs in the manga and anime, In the manga he has black hair, where as in the anime his hair is blonde.
- Despite Ein's enhanced intelligence, he remains incapable of speaking (other than barking). Because of this, his intelligence largely goes unnoticed. It does seem that Ed understands Ein through his body language and barking, however this is never made explicit. Ein also barks once for yes and twice for no.
- Dr. Ein (also known as Professor Ein and Dr.I) is an ally of White Bomberman and a recurring character of the Bomberman series. He is an eccentric 50 year-old scientist with the appearance of a slightly overweight mad scientist. He has white spiky hair, and glasses with spirals covering the lenses. He doesn't seem to show many emotions, despite being a friendly figure and a reasonably kind soul. He is one of the head researchers for The Justice Department and the creator of the Petit Rescue 7 robots as well as Kepo.
- Ein is a Chinese Shop Owner and the main antagonist to Indiana Jones. He first appears as an innocent old man, but his sinister side is revealed as he calls the North-korean Army and tells them that Indiana Jones and Marion Ravenwood have stolen the artifact known as Chechi Heo. He also tortures Indy and Marion, but is distracted when Mutt Williams manages to make small talk with him. However this proves to be fatal as Indy remorelessly stabs him. After doing this Indy smiles evilly towards his son.

He is one of the four Cipher Admins. He is a cruel and callous young scientist. He's long on ambition and short on emotion. He is obsessed with the idea of creating an insanely powerful Pokémon at any cost.

- Ein is a character in Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana. Ein serves as the first Alkavana Knight serving under Beggur Lixiss. He is the most loyal towards Beggur and the most enthusastic about being a knight. He has a fiery and passionate personality. Unfortunately, he is easily tricked into doing something stupid by his fellow knights. He considers Zwei his right hand man, and he often goes to him if he needs to get out of trouble.
- Ein is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi whose intelligence was greatly enhanced by a research facility. Ein is known as a "data dog." What exactly was done to increase his intelligence is unknown.
- Ein is the "alter ego" of Hayate, who first debuted in Dead or Alive 2. After being used as a test subject by DOATEC for Project Epsilon, Hayate gained amnesia and trained in the art of karate, going by the name of "Ein." By entering the second Dead or Alive Tournament, he was able to regain his lost memories and became Hayate once again.
- Ein (アイン) is Asuka's father who chose to make ends meet as a bounty hunter to provide for her. One day, Ein is hired by Jako to kill Kenshiro. Although Ein threatens to take his life, Kenshiro senses Ein's caring and benign nature and refuses to fight him. When Asuka is kidnapped and held ransom for the job, Ein thinks he has no choice but to kill Kenshiro.
