- That '70s Show is a sitcom, set in the 1970s as the title implies, that ran on FOX from 1998 to 2006.
- You know that show? That tv show? I think it aired during the 1970s. You know? That one, with the kids? And they were all, like, friends and stuff, and there was this one, this really popular one, and everybody loved him? Do you remember? They all had really stupid hair (of course, no one thought so at the time, but in retrospect) and everyone was really happy all the time, except for that one time when the nerdy one got beaten up by the football team and didn't show up in the diner for like a week and everyone got really worried? Man, that show really tackled the issues. Wow, those were the days. Now it's all "suicide" this and "drug-problem" that. I tell you, what problem can't be solved by a hearty cheeseburger and maltshake with your pals?
- That '70s Show is a sitcom on FOX, about a group of teenagers who went to high school in the 1970's.
- The series premiered on August 23, 1998 and became the second-longest running live-action sitcom (behind "Married... with Children"). It has been nominated for various awards including 16 Primetime Emmy Awards. On May 18, 2006 (after 8 seasons and 200 episodes), "That '70s Show" came to an end.
- The show follows the life of nerdy Everyman Eric Forman and his five teenaged friends: Donna Pinciotti, the feminist next-door neighbor and Eric's girlfriend; Steven Hyde, a cynical, hard-rocking stoner and Eric's childhood friend; Michael Kelso, a dim-witted, narcissistic ladies man; Jackie Burkhart, a self-involved high school cheerleader overly preoccupied with wealth and status; and Fez, a sometimes goofy foreigner, whose country of origin is ambiguous, whose real name is unknown to all but him, and whose hormones are, at times, out of control. Eric drives a 1969 Vista Cruiser, a station wagon given to him by his father in the first episode.

Eric drives a 1969 Vista Cruiser, a station wagon given to him by his father in the first episode. Other main characters include Red Forman, Eric's overbearing war veteran father, obsessed with making "...him a man, which he's not" and using the word "dumb-ass" frequently plus always threatening people with putting his 'foot in your ass'; Eric's overprotective mother, Kitty, who is caught up in trying to be a full-time mom and housewife, while maintaining a job as a nurse in a local hospital; and Laurie Forman, the promiscuous older sister who can do no wrong in the eyes of her father. The show also follows the relationship of Bob Pinciotti and Midge Pinciotti, Donna's parents, both of whom are slow witted and easily influenced by the movements and fads of the '70s, which sometimes places stress on their marriage. Tommy Chong also appears as the recurring character of Leo, the stoner owner of the Foto Hut.
