While exploring you may find one random loot drop from skeletal remains. You only need to defeat one random enemy to finish this dungeon. On your first run it will be a Club-Wielding Ogre (9+ at MR ?? Missing, 60 SP, 17+ XP), brutal stroke does ~7-13 damage, you have to attack 3 before you can flee, 11+ under "Scaled difficulty", subduing is an option. Fleeing before combat results in a Random check (1-100* * * ). 60 or more needed to pass. You fail to dodge its club and lose ~15 SP if you don't pass. You'll flee without trouble if you do so during the combat. South of the ogre you'll find an arcane riddle on the cave wall. You can decipher it with Arcana >= 30, which will open the passage to a hidden chamber with a chest containing high quality random Loot and over ~1700 Gold. For further rewards you need to revisit Baomar (see Baomar's Treasure). You don't have to open the passage and clear the chest on your first try - the chest will remain until you open it on future attempts to clear the dungeon.
