Alpha One was the name of one of the soldiers who served in Alpha Squadron aboard the Finest Hour. He followed orders from General Yoakido and Alpha Leader. However, in 33 BBY, Skelldon J. Bones and IG-86 of the Skelldon J. Bones Crime Organization invaded the Finest Hour as it was fleeing to Nar Shaddaa. As the two broke in, Alpha One alerted all on the presence of the intruders, but was silenced by a blaster shot. The others aboard the Finest Hour were all killed, except for the general's son Ben Yoakido and his friend Brent Rhea, both of whom fled to Nar Shaddaa.

The end result Alpha One comes out more intelligent than Krang and Shredder wanted. Alpha One becomes able to control the other Foot robots too. Alpha One doesn't want to work for Krang and Shredder anymore, so he sends them away in a life pod. His plan is to transport all the humans to Dimension X so he and his robots will have control of the Earth.
