Huge bat is a type of monster in ADOM. They are uncommon creatures, and the (slightly) stronger form of giant bats. Since bats rely on echolocation to locate other beings, they are capable of 'seeing' the PC in darkness and/or if they are invisible (as of v. 1.2.0). As flying creatures, they can also cross water unhindered.
