abstract
  • Sonic the Hedgehog is a story book written for young children, notable for its unusual shape and size. It was written by Judy Nayer with illustrations by Ron Zalme. It was published by Watermill Press in 1995. The story is adapted from the Troll Associates novel, Sonic the Hedgehog, by Michael Teitelbaum, although simplified for the younger audience, and therefore has some similarities to the Sonic the Hedgehog TV series, particularly in its backstory and cast of characters. However, unlike cartoon and the Teitelbaum book, Robotnik's design is based on the version of the character from Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.
