- LeRoy Banks had " permission " from Lionel's unlce Andre to steal Lionel's house. He was a murderer. In Through The Flames he murdered Andre Dupree. He shot him in the neck, then lit the whole apartment building on fire by lighting a gas can. His friend, Corneilious Grey's, or Connie's, apartment was also burned. In Facing The Future, LeRoy and Corneilious want to collect a check for insurance money for Corneilious's apartment. They go to the fake law offices of Tom Fogarty, where the police are waiting. Where either LeRoy or Corneilious's name was supposed to be on the check was, " You're under arrest ". They were taken to jail for murder and many other crimes they commited.
