| - This kind of crystal could be looted before Publish 9, tuned by Jedi and used as a component to create double-bladed lightsabers, for a +80 damage bonus or so. After the CU and also the NGE, most of these crystals were automatically converted into regular color crystals and lost most of their unique appearance, except for those that were stashed aboard shaceships. This conversion resulted in a very high damage bonus but the bug was quickly fixed. Nowadays considered as a rare item prized by collectors, especially in its untuned form, they can still be authentified with 2 methods:
* When placed on a vendor, it will be listed as a variation of a Twin Force-Crystal Cluster and under a specific subcategory after Component and Lightsaber crystals
* When rolling over this item with your mouse, and if it's untuned, the following tooltip should appear: One of the few remaining untuned Twin Force-Crystal Clusters.
* If you buy an untuned one from a vendor, it will be converted, if it wasn't already, into a regular red color crystal.
* If you tune this crystal, it only becomes a regular red color crystal.
* If you transfer it to another server (tuned or not), it will be converted into a regular color crystal.
