The Fastheld Museum of Artifacts has reportedly discovered ancient texts that claim The Stanchion as a Citadel of House Mikin. Uncovered while preparing the move to Light's Reach, the documents tell the full history of Yadrell Mikin, an early Patron of the first incarnation of the Church of True Light, who apparently tasked a Freelander by the name of Grummlan Path with locating suitable ground for the citadel to be built upon sometime before 65 BTA.

  • The Fastheld Museum of Artifacts has reportedly discovered ancient texts that claim The Stanchion as a Citadel of House Mikin. The documents are of major historical importance due to the fact that they give some degree of insight into how the Church of True Light was originally established; namely as that of a Mikin Order of Priests and Scholars. The Church took on the greater role that it held up until fracturing in 625 ATA sometime after the Aegis was established, given autonomy and independence by Emperor Talus Kahar I in exchange for services rendered to the Empire. (The Church of True Light never sword fealty to the Emperor, but remained in Fastheld on the Emperor's own generosity.) There are now questions regarding the ancestral claim to, and ownership of, The Stanchion. It remains to be seen what House Mikin will do with this new information.
