He also served as arranger and orchestrator on both The Muppets (2011) and Muppets Most Wanted (2014) and played keyboard on the latter. Outside of the Muppets, Caswell worked with the Chipmunks, scoring their 1981 A Chipmunk Christmas special and writing their 1980s theme song "We're the Chipmunks." He wrote music or songs for The Bold and the Beautiful and the HBO series of specials Happily Ever After: Fairytales for Every Child. On albums, Caswell has played with Steve Martin and Anne Murray and composed, arranged, conducted, and played keyboards on Daft Punk's 2013 album Random Access Memories.
