The Okatori Clan is the ruling clan of the Gao-Soto in the Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto. Originally a minor clan within the Winoue Phratry of medieval Gao-Soto, the Okatori clan became one of the most important Gao-Showa Clans with the decline of the ancient prestigious clans. In modern times, the Okatori were placed on the thrones of Sekowo (3368-3386) and Gao-Soto (3393-present), with Okatori Takahiro serving as Mikado (Emperor) of both states. When Takahiro died in captivity, his son Kurosawa became arguably one of the most popular Gao-Showan figures in Hulstria and Gao-Soto when he was seen to be one of the most ardent supporters of the democratic efforts of the 15th of September Movement.
