Butterick Pattern 3611 makes a misses loose-fitting dress that is 3 inches below mid-knee. It has a pointed collar and band all-in-one, a front buttoned band closing,slightly forward shoulder yoke, shaped patch pockets adn flaps, elasticized waistline, inverted pleat on skirt and short or full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs with continuous lap opening. Topstitching. Purchased belt and ribbon ties. This pattern isn't dated, but it appears to be from the 1980s or possibly 1970s.
