Seikōzoku are typically lonely people, viewed by those around them as beings with strange and mysterious powers, leading to prejudice and being hated and feared. They also seem to be strong proponents of change, even taking it into their own hands to change the world and bring it to peace; saying it is their duty as the "sacred race." In spite of their lonely lives, they appear to be people who are quite joyful and caring to those loyal to them. A Seikōzoku's power stems mainly from their desire to change the world around them and to protect all that is right. Rikudou states that a Seikōzoku's power manifests four times in one's lifespan; once the final fifth one is manifested, one has become a "complete" Seikōzoku. The four main manifestations include the control of yin/yang chakra; Rinne

In spite of their lonely lives, they appear to be people who are quite joyful and caring to those loyal to them. A Seikōzoku's power stems mainly from their desire to change the world around them and to protect all that is right. Rikudou states that a Seikōzoku's power manifests four times in one's lifespan; once the final fifth one is manifested, one has become a "complete" Seikōzoku. The four main manifestations include the control of yin/yang chakra; Rinnegan; Seikouki; and Ten'i Seikouki. The fifth "other worldly" manifestation has yet to be explained or witnessed. It appears that a Seikōzoku has a mysterious power known as "the ability to synergize with existance". This refers to a Seikōzoku's power to harmonize and communicate with the world around them; both living and nonliving. Seikōzoku can see into the hearts of living beings and see what they are truly feeling; adding on to being feared by other humans.
