It appears that a Seikōzoku has a mysterious power known as "the ability to synergize with existance". This refers to a Seikōzoku's power to harmonize and communicate with the world around them; both living and nonliving. Seikōzoku can see into the hearts of living beings and see what they are truly feeling; adding on to being feared by other humans.
