Es wurde von den Sindar und Noldor aus allen Teilen Beleriands besucht, mit der Ausnahme von Doriath, von wo aus Thingol nur zwei Boten - Mablung und Daeron - schickte. Dieses Fest war eine Gelegenheit, die Einheit und Freundschaft unter den Elben aus Arda zu erneuern.
- Mereth Aderthad, Święto Powrotu, Uczta Pojednania – wielkie święto, festyn, które zostało zorganizowane w krainie Ivrin, na wiosnę 20 PE (lub 21 PE), przez Fingolfina, króla Ñoldorów, aby uczcić przybycie do Śródziemia. Celem było nie tylko uczcić powrót, ale też zjednoczyć wszystkich. Dlatego też na święto to zaproszono elfy ze wszystkich szczepów i klanów. Byli tam elfowie z Doriathu (tylko Mablung i Daeron), z Falas, a także Nandorowie z Ossiriandu.
