Specialties are sets of special items that give the player bonuses when worn together. Initially, Specialties were exclusive to certain Factions, but later updates added Non-Faction Specialties to the game.

- This section is sorted by Solar Caste This is not a comprehensive list. It just lists ones that have come up in the mod and games being played with the mod. Note: For weapon categories both normal and artifact versions are covered by a single specialty. This is a rule for the mod.
- The following practice area below are biomedical special interests (i.e., family practice, pediatrics, urology, etc.) area of expertise which is a branch of medical science(s). Board Certification is not a requirement for selecting a self-designated practice area.
- Specialties refers to the skills each soldier has, as an open slot is available for promotion, that soldier can possess a new specialty, there are many skills a soldier can have, 2 or more are rare to find, and the Jack of all Trades must be given in a different manner. There are many specialties you can take:
* Arsonists/Fire makers
* Safecrackers
* Bruisers
* Bombers
* Medics
* Engineer
- Training in a specialty is conducted in post-graduate training schemes run in hospitals and is referred to as a residency. Choice of specialty is down to the doctor and on completion of their training, can choose to further specialize in sub-specialties by completing a fellowship.
