Kayo Fujii (12 March 1888 — 6 August 1999) was Japan's oldest person at the time of her death. She lived in Tokuyama, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Fujii was widowed in 1966, and had one daughter. She became bedridden after breaking her hip in 1985, and was admitted to the hospital in 1992. She died of pneumonia at the age of 111 years, 147 days. This article is a .
