Nicholas III (Nikolay Romanovich) (born 26 September 1922 in Tsarskoye Selo, Saint Petersburg, Russia) is the Emperor of Russia and King of Poland. He is the son of Prince Roman Petrovich of Russia and his wife, Countess Praskovia Dmitrievna Sheremeteva. He became Emperor of Russia and King of Poland upon the death of Vladimir I on 21 April 1992.
