Fed up with the abus and rejection he endured at the hands of his instructor, CT-782 massacared his fellow squadmates and escaped. He later joined the Separatists' Clone Collaborator Corps and rose to lead it. Chucky encountered his first Jedi while attempting to take over a volcano-covered world in the Outer Rim. The Jedi, who ironically was his squad's Training General, attempted to reason with him, but Chucky slew him and officially became the Jedi's worst enemy behind the Sith.

Fed up with the abus and rejection he endured at the hands of his instructor, CT-782 massacared his fellow squadmates and escaped. He later joined the Separatists' Clone Collaborator Corps and rose to lead it. His aggressive tactics earned him the moniker White Traitor for his constant use of his Phase I clone trooper armor. He, however, earned enemies in the CIS, the most dangerous been General Grievous who secretly resented him for his growing popularity with the Separatists. But on the surface, Grevious taught Chucky the same lightsaber arts he learned from Dooku. Chucky encountered his first Jedi while attempting to take over a volcano-covered world in the Outer Rim. The Jedi, who ironically was his squad's Training General, attempted to reason with him, but Chucky slew him and officially became the Jedi's worst enemy behind the Sith. Chucky did not know it, but he was the victim of Clone Insanity Disease, which was slowly killing him. He only found out when a Separatist medical droid assigned to the CCC diagnosed him with the condition. He masterminded an unsanctioned attack on Kamino where he personally led an assault on the Kamino Medical Lab, but a Separatist fleet led by an ambitious Grievous arrived with the express purpose of annihilating the CCC. Grievous encountered Chucky just when Chucky was about to synthesize a cure. They engaged in a Duel on Kamino with Grievous amputating Chucky's ankles. he recited the Clone's Prayer in which he asked Mandalore and Jango to forgive him for his crimes against his brothers. However, Grevious deemed this a "wasteful act" and decapitated him.
