| - Jim Su, a professional illustrator and CGI artist. He began further education and training in York University from 1996 to 1999, picking up a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Visual Arts Studio, before obtaining his Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Animation with Sheridan College. He joined the industry with Mainframe Entertainment in 1999, prior to which he worked on music writing, producing and as Comic Book Illustrator for "Crozonia"; Jim's Modeling roles saw him become Junior Modeller in "Transformers Beast Machines" (1999), "Casper Haunted Christmas" (1999-2000), "Action Man" (2000-2001), Art Director for 'Dot's Bots' (2001), including Senior Modeller for 'Reboot Season 4' (2001) and "Scary Godmother" (2002). Soon after he started as Modeling Supervisor within "Project X" from February 2002 to April 2002. Jim's goals were supervising the modelling team in production; act as a liason between the Art Director, Animating Supervisor, and Visual Effects Supervisor concerning modelling issues; help create modelling schedule with the Modeling Department Head and Modeling Co-ordinator; create set maquettes, character and vehicle proxies for early pre-production. Jim worked as Senior Character Modeler for "Spider-Man: Animated Series" from May 2002 to March 2003 where he was responsible for modeling major and incidental characters, as well as delegating character related tasks to other modelers; re-Modelled and re-rigged Spider-Man for the winning pitch to Sony Pictures; modelled and rigged major characters including: J. Jonah Jameson, Kingpin, Indy, Muang, Roxanne, Raymond; created facial shapes for: Kingpin, Muang, Roxanne, and Raymond; developed current eye rig for Season 1 and focus rig to be implemented in Season 2, and lastly modeled and re-purposed some sets and vehicles. Between April 2003 and May 2003 Jim Su helped produce the "2003 MTV Movie Awards" overseeing drawing character designs and initial story boards for winning pitch to MTV; modeled and rigged major characters: Justin Timberlake to his likeness, and Dr. Impossible; facial rigged Justin Timberlake and Dr. Impossible, along with creating facial shapes for Justin Timberlake and Pam Prostarr. In 2003 Jim Su left the studio to join C.O.R.E. in August to begin pre-production for their Feature Animation "The Wild" (Disney Feature Film) as Character Modeler / Rigger until October 2005. In December 2005 he resumed worked on "Firehouse Dog" for 20th Century Fox while modelling and rigging the CG creatures tracking Grey Child on "Silent Hill". Jim later applied himself with 'Mr. X Inc' in 2006 to 2007 as Character Modeler / Character Rigger for Sony Pictures' "Resident Evil Extinction". He is currently a freelance artist, and available for CG or illustration work.
