Morrie Harris was New York agent of the FBS stationed in New Orleans. In 1942, during World War II, he partnered with Neil Michaels to break up a German-backed uprising in the former Confederacy. Unlike Michaels, Harris had no qualms about keeping the boot of the federal government on the neck of the rebellious South. Harris and Michaels were both relieved that the uprising had been averted.
