  • Terror birds lived in N. America, Europe, ands S. America during the Tertiary Period. * There was a pack of them with the Sabertooth Tigers (which they had theropod meat in their mouth), when Jack, Wilson, and Kenny look up after looking at the big cats, they start to run in the jungle as the predators start to chase them, soon as the big cats are about to fall in, Kenny gets a strong stick and pokes at their paws, causing the cats to fall in the chasm, and the chase was still on, the terror birds trip over a log and they start to twitch. Soon the three men start to continue the search for Ann Darrow (Naomi Watts) and Brittnay Hornsby (Kristey Swanson).
  • Terror birds (Phoruracids= Rag-thieves) are large flightless birds that lived during the Miocene (32-5 million years ago) in South America and can run to a speed of 48 km/h. Image:Mantell's Iguanodon restoration.jpg This article is a . You can help My English Wiki by expanding it.
  • Terror Birds were large, carnivorous, flightless birds from between the Early Pliocene and Early Pleistocene epochs of the Cenozoic era.
  • Terror birds (also known as phorusrhacids) are a group of extinct birds in the clade Phorusrhacidae. They appear frequently in later entries to the Turok franchise. This includes the Acclaim video game, Turok: Evolution, the animated film Turok: Son of Stone, and the Dynamite comic book series, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.
  • Terror birds lived 64-2 million years ago in South America. The Isthmus of Panama marked the end of the reign of birds. They were the apexes of the era. But of corse the reign of any animal is soon dead and extinct. They were 3-12 feet tall. And there bones were hollow of corse due to the fact that they were birds. Thus due to having bones they weighed little. But where flightless.

bestiarytext
  • The ferocious Terror Bird is a terrifying hunter that usually lives in less dense areas of the jungle. Unlike other birds, it is a huge carnivorous animal that cannot even fly. Sages have already wondered if such an unusual creature can be natural or if it rather has its source in evil wizardry. On the other hand, nests of Terror Birds have been found, so this theory does not seem to be very likely. Be that as it may, the name of this feared hunter is more than justified. The aggressive bird attacks everything that comes in its sight with rage that does indeed inspire fear and dread. The carnivorous Terror Bird seems to regard everything as its rightful prey and its sharp beak often proves it right. Its inability to fly is made up by strong muscular legs that allow the bird to run at an astonishing speed and that serve also well as additional weapons.
