The police had been trying to pin something on him for ages: robbery, extortion, prostitution, pornography and murder. According to rumour he had once deep-fried a man's testicles. However, he was never convicted. In 2008 he financed the construction of SkyPoint, a high-tech apartment building, and took up residence in the penthouse suite. He installed a security camera network throughout the building so he could spot any intruders long before they got to him. Soon after this, a young foot-soldier of his tried to swindle him by cutting flour into his cocaine shipments. Lucca took swift revenge by killing the boy. He sent aliens through the wall to capture the tenants so he could conduct experiments on them. At one point, he captured Owen Harper and Toshiko Sato. (PROSE: SkyPoint)
