In the 2340s, Druja commanded the IKC Tlhab and led the ship into an engagement with the Terran rebels of the Lakul. Druja was killed in hand to hand combat with a shapeshifter impersonating Guinan. The shapeshifter then impersonated Druja's voice to stop the Tlhab from destroying the Lakul. (STA - Mirror Universe short story: "The Traitor") It is unknown whether or not Druja has a counterpart in the primary universe.
