The Oculus Probe Droid also known as the Oculus Spotter droid or the Oculus Recon Droid was a model of droid produced by the Mikaru Corporation. The droid was a small hovering eye in its basic description. The eye was capable of taking holographic images and videos with its sensors. The eye had two modes, standard and aggressive, in all activities it was green, save when it was actively perusing or observing a specific target, then it was red. It would also turn red if it took fire or was threatened. The eye was protected by a telescoping screen that would open and close to not only offer protection from insects as it moved at hits top speed of 50kph, the screen also let the eye focus for more specific images.
