The UNSC Damocles was finished in 2555 CE, two years before it took part in the Battle of Arkasis along with the UNSC Diomedes and the UNSC Ten Twenty. The ship and it's crew demonstrated highly commendable valor during the battle, by charging directly into the heart of the Brute fleet, weapons blazing. Although many crewmen died, the ship survived the battle along with it's Captain, Aeran Emerson. The Damocles is still one of the most prized Marathon-class Cruisers in the UNSC Navy.
