Willie Taylor was a bartender at Sugar Street, Norfolk who was later presumed to have murdered Petty Officer Manda King when two Norfolk police officers who had been summoned by a phone call arrived at the scene to investigate where they found Taylor bloodied and King's body in his bed. Taylor was later cleared when NCIS Forensic Scientist Abigail Sciuto found evidence suggesting that someone had set up Willie up. Taylor was brought in for an interview. He then sent the team on to Ian Hitch owner of a competing nightclub - Teaz - also in Norfolk.
