The Throcken and the Dragon was a book Gabrielle Deschain read to Roland Deschain when he was a child. It is from this book that he learned the word 'Throcken' used for a group of Billy-Bumblers. It is also from the book that the saying "when Sir Throcken is trailing circles, a starkblast is on it's way", comes from.
