During Tahu Nuva's first encounter with Nuhvok-Kal, the Bohrok used his gravity shield to increase Tahu's weight, causing him to sink into the ground. After being fed energy through Nuva symbols, Nuhvok-Kal was unable to control their power, and the shields backfired onto themselves causing him, and the shields, to implode.
