As a young Jedi Knight, he was one of the Jedi to survive Order 66 and he went into hiding on Ord Mantell, his home planet, until the war made its way out there. He had a blue light saber and wore the ermi Jedi robes. His master was Cyrus Cosmichook, a wise Jedi Master, who died in the space battle of Dorin just before the start of the Empire. Wullf took on a Padawan by the name of Cade Blazewaker, who died at the end of the battle of Ord Mantell.

Wullf took on a Padawan by the name of Cade Blazewaker, who died at the end of the battle of Ord Mantell. After the battle of Ord Mantell, Wullf decided to join the Rebel Alliance. He found himself in many battles and fighting mainly in space with his squad, the Elite Space Corps. The squad helped the alliance in many ways until Vader learned about Wullf. Vader went to Ord Mantell and took with him the Nightsisters. They went to the grave of Wullf's Padawan and brought him back to life. Vader trained Cade to be a Sith and to strike Wullf down. When the time came for Cade to kill Wullf, he first traveled to Saleucami, where the Alliance had just won the battle. He traveled down to the planet to find that Wullf was leading the search party. The time had come for Wullf to face his former Padawan. They both clashed sabers, crimson red on crystal blue. Wullf knew he had to stop this, so knowing what was best, he killed his former Padawan and put his body to rest. After the war and at the start of the New Republic, Wullf still helped them bring peace to the galaxy, knowing that one day the galaxy would indeed be free.
