| - When the Shikarite formed, none of the four leaders were aware of each other's identities, and secrecy was insisted on between them to maintain this. Instead, they act under numbered codenames. This arrangement is what enabled them to cooperate fully, without their own rivalries leading to betrayal. Furthermore, it is not known which of them was the original founder who called the group together, as they have yet to openly reveal themselves. While some of the secrecy has been lost, with the members beginning to suspect each other's true identities, a degree of uncertainty remains. Furthermore, any open betrayal by a Shikarite member would result in the other three turning on them and eliminating them, resulting in a standoff. This ensures that the group continues to function long after apparently defeating Mr Grim.
