The Inky Marshalls are only seen in De Blob 2. They are given a very brief appearance during the opening cutscene for Comrade Black University. After Comrade Black bombards Prisma City with ink bombs, he contacts the Inky Marshalls to see how their invasion and hostile takeover of the city is coming along. The invasion appears to be a success; however, before Comrade Black can celebrate properly, Dean Inky sends a distress signal that warns of an uprising from the Colour Underground. The Marshalls are not seen or spoken of ever again in the game.
