His lands were sold around Rimmington by his son and the castle was also so his son had enough funds to build his new port which he named after the family, Port Sarim. 154 - 157 After the Count died in March 154 Alexus moved back to Falador where he lived until the corrignation of King John of Kandarin in 157 when on his way there his mother, sister of King John cought flu and passed away two days after her brothers corrignation and King John requested that Alexus lived with him in his Castle in East Ardougne. 157 - 168 Alexus was brought up in the court of King John of Kandarin during this time and he was a natural politician. John appointed him as his representetive in the Senitaph in 162 and only two years later it was dissolved when Alexus told the King of a plot against him. Alexus moved back to Falador castle after he had word his father was killed in battle and only two days after Peter's death Alexus was crowned King by John the Great in Falador castle.
