  • Pulikovsky was a member of the Chechen Democratic Partizans and second-in-command to its leader Mikhas Ivankov. He sought the end of Russian occupation of Chechnya, and believed Ivankov to be capable of victory, but distrusted his associations with Mara Aramov and Mihai Niculescu. Ivankov trusted Pulikovsky to clear out a chateau in Belarus that the CDP used alongside a nearby section of barns to test the Omega Strain with infected cattle. The Agency was investigating CDP activities by the time, and Pulikovsky captured pilot Alima Haddad. After apparently killing her (in fact sending her to the Chechen terrorist base), he led a brutal interrogation of Gary Stoneman, who mounted a lone wolf assault on the chateau to find Haddad, but Agency operative Cobra rescued Stoneman inside the chateau. A violent battle in which the operative and Stone took on the antagonist ended with Pulikovsky's death.
