I've noticed that in certain articles, such as this one the Featured Article Star that is placed in the top-right corner actually conflicts with the Era symbol meaning that whatever Era symbol is on the far right is actually partially covered by the star. Can somebody try and sort this out please. It's just so irritating. Jasca Ducato 17:51, 24 April 2006 (UTC) Wait a minute... The template doesn't seem to be rendering correctly: The template looks like this: Is the eras template supposed to look different?– 22:52, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

Jasca Ducato 17:51, 24 April 2006 (UTC) * Yes, we're currently aware of that problem and Sikon, at the very least, is trying to solve it. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 18:01, 24 April 2006 (UTC) * There is a template... - Sikon [Talk] 18:12, 24 April 2006 (UTC) * The trouble is though Sikon that even with the {{erasstar}} it still conflicts, just look at the Revan article and you'll see what i mean. Jasca Ducato 18:55, 24 April 2006 (UTC) * It might be a browser issue. I'm using Firefox and it doesn't overlap. - Lord Hydronium 21:34, 24 April 2006 (UTC) * Yeah, I see it overlapping. I'm using IE. Well, until we find a solution we'll just have to deal with it; it's not like it's a terrible annoyance. * Firefox doesnt overlap. Anything is likely to happen with IE, ick. -- Riffsyphon1024 05:18, 13 July 2006 (UTC) * You can now use for featured articles. You don't have to use . Just add "featured" as you would any other variable. For example: {{era|reb|featured}}. This also works with "good". However, the category has to be added manually as of now. 16:43, 13 July 2006 (UTC) * I don't really get how this template works, so I could be way off on this, but would it be possible to modify the template for the GA and FA icons so that the particular block of code that adds the check/star image and the link also adds the category? - Lord Hydronium 23:38, 18 July 2006 (UTC) * I personally don't know how, but hopefully someone here does. I'll look into it again, just in case I can figure it out. 05:53, 20 July 2006 (UTC) * I could probably do it, but do we really need to categorize articles by era?–Sentry Talk 06:31, 20 July 2006 (UTC) * Oh, that was stupid of me... You were talking about the featured and good categories. I'll work on it.– 22:31, 19 July 2006 (UTC) * Alright, the template categorizes good and featured pages upon inclusion now. I also deprecated and . On another note, we may want to think about renaming the template to something more general if we plan to use it exclusively from now on.– 23:24, 19 July 2006 (UTC) * Thanks Sentry! 16:38, 20 July 2006 (UTC) * No prob ;) – 22:21, 20 July 2006 (UTC) * Thanks. - Lord Hydronium 22:28, 20 July 2006 (UTC) Wait a minute... The template doesn't seem to be rendering correctly: The template looks like this: Is the eras template supposed to look different?– 22:52, 21 July 2006 (UTC) * had problems in internet explorer...the star and symbols overlapped. The new is meant to fix that, so yes, it looks slightly different. 03:01, 22 July 2006 (UTC) * K, no problem. I was just wondering what was going on...– 05:16, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
