Although there are charity organizations or food drives and other similar kinds of organizations,governments, banks, tycoons, and some of the greatest business people are a lot more generous, making them the greater contributors to the poor, disabled, unemployed, and other needy peoples. Therefore, price levels are a lot lower and wage rates are a lot higher. Therefore, opportunity is much more available, even to the very poorest of peoples, and an education or even a job is a lot easier to get. Because of all of this, the average worldwide standard of living is much more higher than its OTL counterpart. Modern history has also been gradually changed, though its style is its most striking change. While no country had its "Dark Age", they did had some sort of disorder or nationwide disaster, but any period relating to either enormous disorder or massive scientific or cultural growth had never occurred. Nevertheless, the idea and feeling of war was also different. While wars were less violent and destructive than their OTL counterparts, they were usually accomplished were diplomacy, allowing wars to end quickly, therefore there were less periods of violence, of course less wars, and or course, greater stability across the global setting.
