While in the barrelchest disguise, players cannot run or access most of the game's menus. However, it is possible to use the anchor and cannon carried by the barrelchest disguise to defeat the factory workers. At the end of A Clockwork Syringe, Bill Teach takes the disguise on the premise that it may be needed later (such as in a future pirate series quest).
