The Clone Wars was a war between the Grand Army of the Republic and System of Independent Confederates, from 21 BBY to 19 BBY. It started with the Battle of Geonosis, where the clone army stormed the arena on Geonosis in an attempt to rescue Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Padmé Amidala. The battle resulted, ultimately, in a Republic victory, however, Dooku had escaped leaving Anakin without his right arm. The war concluded with the attempt to assassinate the SIC leaders on Mustafar. When Anakin, now Darth Vader, arrived to complete his mission, he found out that there were never any SIC leaders. However, Obi-Wan had flown there in Grievous’ fighter and met up with Anakin. They decided to practice their skills there on Mustafar, which resulted in Anakin being left behind, missing his
