  • Shelle Rose Charvet (born December 26, 1955) has been a developer, author, trainer and consultant in the field of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) since its creation in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. Rose Charvet has made has made personal contributions to the field of NLP in the area of meta-programs extending and developing the Language and Behaviour Profile patterns effecting work-place motivation and performance originally elicited by Rodger Bailey and Ross Steward and commonly known as the LAB Profile. She is the author of two books on using the LAB Profile Words that Change Minds and The Customer is Bothering Me; audio training programmes and numerous articles. Rose Charvet consults for clients and develops and delivers training and certification programmes. She has worked in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East and, more recently, in Japan. Rose Charvet is a past President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and the founder President of the Canadian Association for NLP (CANALP) [1]. Rose Charvet's family emigrated from London to Ontario, Canada where she was born. She graduated with Honours in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa, which she completed in her second language, French. She worked as a trainer in Paris, France for several years before returning to Burlington, Ontario where she now lives.
