A wheel war is a dispute between two or more sysops in which they undo another's administrative actions — specifically, unblocking and reblocking a user; undeleting and redeleting; or unprotecting and reprotecting an article without noting why. Do not revert an administrative action when you know that another sysop opposes it. Wheel warring is similar to the only revert once policy in a way, but more restricted. In both cases, the reverting user/sysop’s edits are considered as improper behaviour. The difference is that a wheel war starts from the first revert.
